Compliance Check

compliance-manMany water and wastewater utilities do a great job with their compliance programs, but even the best managed and operated utilities slip up on occasion. When this happens, it can cost utilities thousands of dollars to issue Public Notices, they must include the violations in their Consumer Confidence Report, and it can cause embarrassment and increased public skepticism.

The Compliance Check Program has saved participating utilities over  9 Million Dollars. We expect that savings will continue to increase as additional cost-saving compliance tools are developed and implemented.

We also maintain monthly communication with each utility through onsite visits or through electronic means.
